We look at how generative AI features can be used to make chatbots smarter and more efficient

At boost.ai, we are always looking for ways to improve our conversational AI platform for enterprises. One technology that has caught our attention is LLMs, or Large Language Models. These models have the ability to generate text that is almost indistinguishable from text written by humans. By integrating this form of generative AI into our platform, we are able to take advantage of its capabilities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our virtual agents.

One of the main benefits of LLMs is that they can generate training data for chatbots automatically. Typically, creating training data was a time-consuming task. AI trainers had to write out multiple examples of what users might say to the chatbot. However, with LLMs, all AI trainers need to provide is a sample sentence, and the rest will be generated automatically. This saves time and effort, and allows trainers to focus on other important tasks.

In addition to generating training data, LLMs can also help with creating and maintaining a chatbot's output. With our platform, we have designed a feature that creates original responses based on short input from AI trainers or information crawled from a company's website. By using LLMs to generate responses, trainers and companies can scale their virtual agents much more quickly.

Another advantage of integrating generative AI into our platform is that it can help human agents enhance their replies. We can use this technology to summarize conversations that are handed over from a chatbot to a human, which helps agents respond faster and reduces both handling and wait times. This is a win-win for both agents and users.

We believe that by embedding LLMs into our platform, we can transform the conversational AI space. We are constantly developing new ways to use LLMs to improve our platform and push its capabilities. Our enterprise features for scalability, continuous improvement, security, and ease of use, combined with the generative capabilities of LLMs, make our product the best it can possibly be.
